When we checked in, someone was sleeping in the room we were given, we were shocked. No joke! They gave us another room. We were already sleepy and we were charged separately for the sauna, steam room and fitness centre in the facility to overcome the shock. I'm talking about 3 times the price of accommodation. We bought the reservation in the all-inclusive concept, but even the coffee in the breakfast was charged extra. The breakfast was full of the most empty and stale products I have ever eaten. The air conditioner in the ventilation does not heat the room and when we woke up in the morning, we realised that there was an odour in the room. We had a hard night with the sink and shower cabinets inside and the odour coming from the drains. Finally, they do not put anything in the room, including water, and since we did not bring it with us, we searched for an open market in the vicinity all night long. When I asked for the top of the payment and my invoice request when checking out, they gave us a paper containing the room information we stayed in. I requested them to give an invoice to my company with a surulu signature, they said that they came via e-mail, when I checked, there was no incoming mail, I left by saying that I would complain to the finance office. I never recommend it, it was the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life.
Quando abbiamo fatto il check-in, qualcuno dormiva nella stanza che ci è stata assegnata, siamo rimasti scioccati. Non è uno scherzo! Ci hanno dato un'altra stanza. Eravamo già assonnati e per superare lo shock ci hanno fatto pagare separatamente la sauna, il bagno turco e il centro fitness della struttura. Sto parlando di circa 3 volte il prezzo dell'alloggio. Abbiamo acquistato la prenotazione con il concetto di all-inclusive, ma anche il caffè della colazione è stato addebitato a parte. La colazione era piena dei prodotti più vuoti e stantii che abbia mai mangiato. Il condizionatore d'aria nella ventilazione non riscalda la stanza e quando ci siamo svegliati al mattino, ci siamo resi conto che c'era un odore nella stanza. Abbiamo passato una notte difficile con i mobili del lavandino e della doccia all'interno e l'odore proveniente dagli scarichi. Infine, non mettono nulla in camera, compresa l'acqua, e dato che non l'abbiamo portata con noi, abbiamo cercato un market aperto nelle vicinanze per tutta la notte. Quando ho chiesto la parte superiore del pagamento e la mia richiesta di fattura al momento del check-out, ci hanno dato un foglio contenente le informazioni sulla camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Ho chiesto di rilasciare una fattura alla mia azienda con una firma suulica, hanno detto che arrivavano via e-mail, quando ho controllato, non c'era nessuna posta in arrivo, me ne sono andato dicendo che mi sarei lamentato con l'ufficio finanziario. Non lo consiglio mai, è stata la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai vissuto in vita mia.
Check-in yaptığımızda bize verilen odada birisi uyuyordu, şok olduk. Bu bir şaka değil! Bize başka bir oda verdiler. Zaten uykumuz gelmişti ve şoku atlatmak için bize yapının sauna, hamam ve fitness salonuna ayrı ayrı para ödettiler. Konaklama fiyatının 3 katı fiyatından bahsediyorum. Rezervasyonu her şey dahil konseptiyle satın aldık ancak kahvaltı kahvesi de ayrıca ücretlendirildi. Kahvaltı şimdiye kadar yediğim en boş, en bayat ürünlerle doluydu. Havalandırmadaki klima odayı ısıtmıyor ve sabah uyandığımızda odada bir koku olduğunu fark ettik. İçerideki lavabo ve duş kabinleri ve giderlerden gelen kokuyla zor bir gece geçirdik. Son olarak odaya su dahil hiçbir şey koymuyorlar ve yanımızda getirmediğimiz için bütün gece yakınlarda bir açık pazar aradık. Çıkış sırasında ödemenin üst kısmını ve fatura talebimi istediğimde bize kaldığımız odanın bilgilerini içeren bir sayfa verildi. Şirketime Suuli imzalı fatura kesmek istedim, mail yoluyla geleceklerini söylediler, kontrol ettiğimde gelen kutum yoktu, finans bölümüne şikayet edeceğimi söyleyerek ayrıldım. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü deneyimdi.
