We had booked the deluxe room for 1 night for my partners birthday, and we had a lovely experience, although when we called to book the room, we had told them that we'll check-in on my partners birthday, and they said that they will prepare something nice in the room (I thought maybe like a little cake and a birthday card or something), and when we arrived that didn't happen, which wasn't a big deal, but if I had know that nothing would be prepared, I would've prepared a cake or so myself. They also told us that dinner was included in the price - which, at dinner, we learned wasn't true - I'm not sure why they gave us wrong information, but again, wasn't that big of a deal.
The staff was helpful, if we had any questions or problems we could easily reach out to them and get the help we need withing 10 minutes. One note though - we asked to prepare the fireplace while we eat dinner (because the room was really cold and I wanted it to get warm after we come back from dinner), the staff could actually make sure that the fire has started properly, because when we came back from dinner the room was still really cold and we had to start the fire ourselves.
We got a massage and a scrub and peel in their Turkish bath - the experience was lovely, the masseuse was amazing, we were treated really well, and we definitely felt really relaxed afterwards. The price for it was also good.
I will say that the biggest let down was the cleanliness - when we came in the room I immediately noticed that the mirrors (in the room and the bathroom) were dirty, our coffee cups were also dirty, the bathroom sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Also the pool and the public jacuzzi were dirty, in the jacuzzi there was sand or dirt inside which we had to sit on and you could see the pool water was also not the cleanest. I also had a dead bug fall on our bed when I moved the curtains. Also, quite a lot of things didn't work properly or were broken - the kettle top was broken, the TV didn't work, the AC also wouldn't push out warm air (we called the reception too help us with that, they did and for a moment it helped, but afterwards it still didn't work properly), in the shower it took like 10 minutes for the water to get warm. The light by the bed was falling off and we couldn't find a spot to charge our phones by the bed (only USB, but since we have USB type C we couldn't use them and needed a regular outlet, which they only had maybe 2 in the room). The hairdryer stopped working after 3 minutes of me using it. I would just advise to properly check the rooms before letting people check in and make sure everything is clean and working properly. I myself work at a 5-star hotel and I know how these things are supposed to work, and I have certain standarts, especially for cleanliness, for when I myself travel and stay at a hotel. I haven't taken any pictures or mentioned these things at our stay, because I came there to relax and celebrate my partners birthday not to go and talk to them every 30 minutes about a problem or anything like that.
All in all, I'd say the price of the room compared to what you get, could be cheaper, but the massage and Turkish bath experience was definitely more than worth it. I do understand that the hotel has just opened up and not everything is finished, and because of that they also don't have that many guests, but for that exact reason I think they should pay more attention to detail to these little things for the guests that are coming and staying there already. I'll say it again, the staff was honestly helpful and really friendly and I could tell they're trying their best. Like I said before, I myself work at a 5-star hotel where we have set standards to how rooms and public spaces should look like for the guests before letting them in, and we were just expecting the same here.
Regardless, thank you for the great spa service, we were still able to enjoy our stay. :)

Türk hamamında bir masaj ve kese ve peeling yaptırdık - deneyim çok güzeldi, masöz muhteşemdi, gerçekten iyi muamele gördük ve sonrasında kesinlikle kendimizi gerçekten rahatlamış hissettik. Bunun fiyatı da iyiydi.
En büyük hayal kırıklığının temizlik olduğunu söyleyeceğim - odaya geldiğimizde aynaların (odadaki ve banyodaki) kirli olduğunu hemen fark ettim, kahve fincanlarımız da kirliydi, banyo lavabosu hiç temizlenmemiş gibi görünüyordu. Ayrıca havuz ve halka açık jakuzi kirliydi, jakuzide kum veya kir vardı ve içinde oturmak zorunda kaldık ve havuz suyunun da en temiz olmadığını görebiliyordunuz. Ayrıca perdeleri hareket ettirdiğimde yatağımıza ölü bir böcek düştü. Ayrıca, pek çok şey düzgün çalışmıyordu ya da kırılmıştı - su ısıtıcısının üst kısmı kırılmıştı, TV çalışmıyordu, klima da sıcak havayı dışarı vermiyordu (biz de resepsiyonu aradık, bize yardımcı oldular, yardım ettiler ve bir an için yardımcı oldular, ancak sonrasında hala düzgün çalışmadı), duşta suyun ısınması 10 dakika kadar sürdü. Yatağın yanındaki ışık azalıyordu ve telefonlarımızı yatağın yanında şarj edecek bir yer bulamadık (sadece USB, ancak C tipi USB'miz olduğundan onları kullanamadık ve normal bir prize ihtiyacımız vardı, odada sadece 2 tane vardı). Saç kurutma makinesi 3 dakika kullandıktan sonra çalışmayı bıraktı. İnsanların check-in yapmasına izin vermeden önce odaları düzgün bir şekilde kontrol etmenizi ve her şeyin temiz ve düzgün çalıştığından emin olmanızı tavsiye ederim. Ben de 5 yıldızlı bir otelde çalışıyorum ve bu işlerin nasıl olması gerektiğini biliyorum ve özellikle seyahat ederken ve otelde konaklarken temizlik konusunda belirli standartlarım var. Konaklamamız sırasında herhangi bir fotoğraf çekmedim ya da bunlardan bahsetmedim, çünkü oraya rahatlamak ve ortaklarımın doğum gününü kutlamak için geldim, gidip her 30 dakikada bir onlarla bir sorun ya da buna benzer bir şey hakkında konuşmak için değil.
Sonuç olarak, oda fiyatının aldığınız fiyatla karşılaştırıldığında daha ucuz olabileceğini söyleyebilirim, ancak masaj ve Türk hamamı deneyimi kesinlikle buna değdi. Otelin yeni açıldığını ve her şeyin bitmediğini ve bu nedenle de çok fazla misafirinin olmadığını anlıyorum, ancak tam da bu nedenle, oraya gelen ve orada kalan misafirler için bu küçük ayrıntılara daha fazla dikkat etmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Tekrar söyleyeceğim, personel gerçekten yardımsever ve arkadaş canlısıydı ve ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalıştıklarını söyleyebilirim. Daha önce de söylediğim gibi, ben de 5 yıldızlı bir otelde çalışıyorum; burada odaların ve kamusal alanların misafirleri içeri almadan önce nasıl görünmesi gerektiğine dair standartlar belirliyoruz ve burada da aynısını bekliyorduk.
