Mobility Bodrum were really helpful and flexible allowing us to extend a wheelchair hire from 2 days to an extra 4 days. Sami also spoke excellent English and his colleague helped to fit the chair in the car. Made our life very easy

We recently hired a mobility scooter from this company and their service was brilliant. WhatsApp’d them one day and had the scooter delivered the next day directly to the hotel which was perfect for us. There was a few teething issues with the original scooter which we contacted the manager about and he was quick to assure he would resolve the issue. We had the scooter replaced and went about our holiday. Due to our issue we did receive a refund for a few days which the manager had offered to deliver to the hotel, unfortunately he had a motor collision a couple of days before so we offered to attend to their office in which they accepted. All the staff were lovely and so understanding, we had a lot of question and the staff were extremely patient which we are grateful for. Could not thank the guys enough for what they did for us, I hope the manager has a speedy recovery and we would most definitely recommend!!
