We had a survey done by this company (Mr Tufan) in Nov 2018. Surveyor was very positive about the boat so we paid the deposit. Later on we got a report with LOTS of small points that needed adjusting after all but nothing major. Shortly after (before we even started using the boat!) we discovered that there was a water damage which cause wooden floor inside to break in some places, cracks in the hull ,lots of cracks in the gel coat on the flybridge, UCE of the Williams tender turned out to be not working. Later on, we heard from reliable source that seller paid a % of the price we paid to the surveyor to “let some things through” without mentioning it on the report! It does not sound professional! We would advice all potential buyer in need of surveyor to take trusted one from your own country, because apparently it’s a common practice in turkey.

Kasım 2018'de bu şirket (Bay Tufan) tarafından bir ekspertiz yaptırdık. Ekspertizci tekne hakkında çok olumluydu, bu yüzden depozitoyu ödedik. Daha sonra, sonuçta ayarlanması gereken BİRÇOK küçük nokta içeren bir rapor aldık ama önemli bir şey yoktu. Kısa bir süre sonra (tekneyi kullanmaya başlamadan önce bile!) bazı yerlerde ahşap zeminin kırılmasına neden olan bir su hasarı, gövdede çatlaklar, flybridge'deki jel katta çok sayıda çatlak olduğunu ve Williams tender'ın UCE'sinin çalışmadığını keşfettik. Daha sonra, güvenilir bir kaynaktan, satıcının raporda bundan bahsetmeden "bazı şeyleri geçirmesine izin vermek" için ekspertize ödediğimiz fiyatın bir yüzdesini ödediğini duyduk! Kulağa profesyonelce gelmiyor! Ekspertize ihtiyacı olan tüm potansiyel alıcılara kendi ülkenizden güvenilir bir ekspertiz almalarını tavsiye ederiz, çünkü görünüşe göre Türkiye'de yaygın bir uygulama bu.

Never again, working with this company is very complicated and absolutely not recommendable. An unexperienced engineer, named Tufan, is not able to judge contents correctly. This makes an efficient completion of urgent cases nearly impossible. For me, this was the last time!

Bir daha asla bu şirketle çalışmak çok karmaşıktır ve kesinlikle tavsiye edilmez. Tufan isimli tecrübesiz bir mühendis içeriği doğru değerlendirememektedir. Bu, acil vakaların verimli bir şekilde tamamlanmasını neredeyse imkansız hale getirir. Benim için bu son seferdi!
