Je viens de faire ma greffe capillaire chez Heva clinic à Istanbul après un peu plus d'1 an de réflexion et d'hésitation.
J'ai été durant tout ce temps en contact avec Miya, et nos échanges étaient incroyables, elle a toujours été à l'écoute, réactive, bienveillante et elle m'a communiqué toutes les informations dans les moindres détails.
Le coût est plus que abordable, il comprend les transferts aéroports hotel et clinique, l'intervention de la greffe l'hébergement au sein d'un hôtel 4 étoiles avec petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel dans un cadre très charmant.
L'équipe médicale est attentionnée et à l'écoute des attentes des patients.
On reçoit toutes les informations sur les gestes à éviter avant l'intervention et il y'a même une application à télécharger pour continuer les échanges avec une équipe post opératoire pour checker l'évolution de la greffe.
Petite précision, je suis d'origine africaine et ils sont spécialisés aussi bien sur les cheveux de type caucasien que les cheveux de type africain (ce qui est rare).
Le commentaire est un peu long, mais vu que j'ai galéré à me décider, j'espère pouvoir aider d'autres personnes qui recherchent une clinique compétente.

J’ai choisi cet établissement spécialisé dans les cheveux Afros et je n’ai pas été déçu. Depuis la France je me suis entretenu avec Miya qui a été formidable et a su me donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour le bon déroulement du séjour et de l’opération.

Arrivée sur place j’ai eu mon transfert sans problème dans un super van juste pour moi. L’hôtel était juste magnifique et confortable. En arrivant à la clinique j’ai été reçu par Emmanuel qui parle français et qui a su être présent et bien me renseigner tout le long jusqu’au dernier jour des instructions.
Toute la logistique a été parfaite et sans ambiguïté ou quiproquo.

Je recommande à 100%, un suivi post op est mis en place et disponible à la demande du client sur leur propre application.

Tout était très bien dans la prise en charge 👍🏾

Transfers to and from both the clinic and hotel were smooth and luxurious. The van was the most comfortable I’ve ever traveled in, and the drivers were always professional and punctual. I also really appreciated the clinic providing a translator, which made communication easy and ensured that I understood every step of the process — everything was handled with complete transparency.

My experience was great. The surgeon was very real with me. It felt like she wanted to maximize my results and give me the best look as far as density such. I rarely had to pay for anything they got me from the airport and anytime I needed to go somewhere as far as too and from the clinic they had a driver ready for me. I would come back, and recommend it to anyone. Only thing that I was skeptical about was lack of communication with the sales rep. They were very consistent on checking on me before I paid my deposit but completely stopped after. That's the only reason it's not 5 star. Great place.

I went to the Heva Clinic for a hair transplant 10 days ago and everything was perfect! They come and pick you up at the airport and take all your transport in charge from the hotel to the clinic back and forth and the return to the airport . The hotel was great and comfortable . At the clinic they do everything to make you feel comfortable, they explain the process many times to make sure everything is understood. They also have Interpreters at your disposal to translate everything before, during, and after the surgery. I speak French so I was in contact with Julia by phone where she took the time to explain everything and she was also there at the clinic to get me through the whole process, she was extremely nice and professional. She's also helping me now that I'm back home to answer all my questions regarding the post surgery procedure. And last but not least, they give you access to an app in which all the things you can and can't do are explains and dated from the day of your surgery, so you can follow all the steps from day one thanks to this app.
I definitely recommend this clinic. They're also specialised in afro hair, which is a plus!

I went bald four years ago, and with it, I lost a lot of my self-confidence. Ever since then, I’ve been hiding under hats—not because I wanted to, but because I felt I had to. I watched so many guys fly to Turkey to get their hair restored, but I never had the courage to take that step… until last week.

I finally opened up to my fiancée and told her, “My biggest insecurity is my hair. I hate my head. I feel too young to be bald.” Without hesitation, she said, “Then we’re fixing it before the wedding! I had no idea this was weighing on you—so we’re doing it now.”

I arrived at Heva clinic yesterday and got my procedures done the next day. The experience and the way they asking me every 30-45 min if I needed anything really gave me a sense of relief they cared about my comfort during the procedure. I had 6,700 graft which is a lot but enough to cover my head fully. Back at Heva they gave me a step by step to properly take care of my hair and all the things I needed to successfully make sure my hair come back thick and healthy !.

I had a wonderful experience at Heva Clinic. The hotel was top-notch, the staff was incredibly professional, and the communication and facilities were excellent. I highly recommend it to others. Before visiting, I suggest doing your own research and getting a second opinion. While they provide great service, they also need to make a profit. So, be sure to let them know how many grafts you want and don’t be afraid to ask questions. They won’t pressure you, but they may suggest additional services if you’re not fully aware.

I was contacted by Mary, she was my primary contact for facilitating the appointment date, travel, hotel and any questions I had. The staff at HEVA clinic are amazing, they all have positive attitudes and answer all questions and concerns. My hair surgeon was Dr. Ozlem, i liked her honest assessment. My translator was Emily and she was amazing as well, very fluent in English. I wish i can give a shoutout to every individual at the clinic from the support staff to the technicians and drivers but unfortunately I do not know all their names. They have an interactive app with post recovery information which is great. I am optimistic about achieving great results. a year from now, God willing 🤲🏿. I went to heva clinic for a beauty procedure. From the first time I reached out to them, about 4 months before coming to heva, I was in contact with one of their staff members, sarah. Sarah has been such an efficient, informative person to work with! When I had questions about their clinic, every day for a week before making my decision to go with heva, sarah answered questions normally within an hour. Sarah has been thorough in her explanations, gracious and patient with me. Hey, i appreciate that! Heva clinic too, is beautiful. All white marble, black marble floors, and lots of lighting. I felt like I was in a hollywood production there! And the staff, the doctors and assistants, were thorough, marvelous, easy to talk to, and just the best experience! Thank you sarah and heva!

Heva has been patient and transparent throughout the process. I want to give a special thanks to Brandon my consultant his communication skills and transparency was top tier and I’m forever grateful for him. I’ll give Heva Clinic 5 stars just off that alone. I’m a tough critic so if I tell you Heva is the clinic to go to for any hair transplant procedures believe it. Very nice professional establishment and very friendly and accommodating people at the clinic but the best part of it all is they do GREAT work.

My experience at HEVA clinic was absolutely amazing!
I was greeted at the door by Judith and they were all extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Zen and Yasin did not hesitate to answer all 101 of my questions, as I was very nervous about my hair transplant surgery. Emmanuel advised me download the HEVA clinic app, which provided me with unlimited access to everything regarding my hair transplant journey. This included, but not limited to, aftercare instructional videos, healing progression timeline, as well as other informative resources. I would highly recommend HEVA clinic to anyone considering getting a hair transplant surgery.

Update 03/2025–
Unfortunately, a second procedure will need to be done. We were always worried about density, but post op said to continue waiting. It has been over a year now, and looking back to the 10th day photo, it seems the technicians missed an entire line area where the hair parts. I believe the reason there is not a lot of density is because they have more of Afro clients, so the technicians are on auto mode. A lot of clinics usually abandon you after you get your transplant, but I appreciate HEVA doesn’t. It does take a few days to get an answer as there is a time difference and needs to consult with the doctor. I removed a star because of the lack of better results, but their hospitality is still impeccable.

June 2024 (4 months post op)—
I am writing this on behalf of my husband as I have been in constant communication with his medical consultant, Robin. She is the reason why we cemented our choice with Heva. Robin is so hospitable and informative; her constant communication to make you feel at ease, since it is a big operation, was so genuine. We even got to meet her when we went for his transplant! She also accommodated for our 5 year old son. You’ll be very lucky and happy if Robin is assigned to you!

They have different packages at reasonable price. Since this is a huge operation we opted for the diamond package, which includes a three night stay at the Radisson Blu Asia. This is a fairly nice hotel with breakfast included. Also included is the PRP, where your blood is drawn and injected in your scalp, and 6 months mesotherapy set, which is used every two weeks to help with hair growth. Transportation is included in the package from both IST and SAW airports.

The day of arrival is your rest day.
The following morning is when you’ll be taken to Heva headquarters to get an in person consultation and plan of the procedure. We were assigned Dr. Seda, who did not speak much English, but Robin and another tall gentleman with glasses translated perfectly. All three of them ensured we were satisfied with the way they would keep the current hairline, just adding more density, while focusing in the middle and crown area.
Afterwards, you would be driven to another clinic where the operation will be done. Both headquarter and operation clinic are extremely nice and clean environments.
This is a suggestion for Heva that better bedside manner would be recommended. Not that the techs working on the procedure didn’t have any, but they were working so diligently that they most likely forgot about the patient’s comfortability. Please make sure to consistently ask if patient needs to use the bathroom. During the operation, lunch is provided, but my husband didn’t get to eat lunch until about almost 4pm.
While having the operation, you will get post op directions from Berry, who is also sweet. They will send a PDF about the medication and post op instructions. It is extremely informative and so easy to look back to when needed.
After the procedure, which can take several hours, you are provided with shampoo and panthenol foam, along with a blow up neck pillow. You will not be able to sleep laying down so the neck pillow allows you to sleep sitting straight up.
The third day is when you go for a wash, which is done at headquarters. They show you how it’s done and also provide post op consultation, where mesotherapy set was provided.

I have to say that we are pleased with Heva. You have to understand that not all transplants are successful and that is not based on several factors, not just the clinic. If your head rejects the transplanted hair that may not be the clinic’s fault, so please don’t blindly trust the negative reviews. Just ensure you do your own research to make sure the clinic doesn’t over harvest. People also don’t tell you that the truth that sleeping straight is fairly difficult, so it is possible that grafts can be pulled out when they sleep normally. The PRP and mesotherapy is supposed to help boost the scalp and hair growth, which gives the transplant more of a chance at survival.

Ne yazık ki ikinci bir işlemin yapılması gerekecek. Yoğunluk konusunda hep endişeliydik ama ameliyat sonrası beklemeye devam etmemiz söylendi. Üzerinden bir yıldan fazla zaman geçti ve 10. günün fotoğrafına bakıldığında, teknisyenlerin saçın ayrıldığı tüm çizgi alanını gözden kaçırdığı görülüyor. Çok fazla yoğunluk olmamasının nedeninin, daha fazla Afro istemciye sahip olmaları ve dolayısıyla teknisyenlerin otomatik modda olması olduğuna inanıyorum. Çoğu klinik genellikle nakil olduktan sonra sizi terk eder, ancak HEVA'nın bunu yapmadığını takdir ediyorum. Saat farkı olduğundan ve doktora danışılması gerektiğinden yanıt almak birkaç gün sürer. Uygun fiyata farklı paketleri var. Bu çok büyük bir operasyon olduğundan, Radisson Blu Asia'da üç gecelik konaklamayı da içeren elmas paketini tercih ettik. Bu kahvaltı dahil oldukça güzel bir oteldir. Ayrıca saç derinize kanınızın alınıp enjekte edildiği PRP ve saç uzamasına yardımcı olmak için iki haftada bir kullanılan 6 aylık mezoterapi seti de dahildir. Hem IST hem de SAW havalimanlarından ulaşım pakete dahildir.

Varış günü dinlenme gününüzdür.
Ertesi sabah, şahsen danışmanlık almak ve prosedür planını almak için Heva genel merkezine götürüleceksiniz. Bize çok fazla İngilizce bilmeyen Dr. Seda atandı, ancak Robin ve gözlüklü başka bir uzun boylu beyefendi mükemmel tercüme yaptı. Üçü de orta ve taç bölgesine odaklanırken sadece daha fazla yoğunluk ekleyerek mevcut saç çizgisini koruma şeklinden memnun kalmamızı sağladı.
Daha sonra ameliyatın yapılacağı başka bir kliniğe götürüleceksiniz. Hem merkez hem de operasyon kliniği son derece güzel ve temiz ortamlar.
Bu, Heva'ya daha iyi yatak başı tutumunun tavsiye edilebileceği yönünde bir öneridir. Prosedür üzerinde çalışan teknisyenlerin böyle bir yöntemi yoktu ama o kadar özenle çalışıyorlardı ki büyük olasılıkla hastanın rahatlığını unutmuşlardı. Lütfen hastanın tuvaleti kullanması gerekip gerekmediğini sürekli olarak sorduğunuzdan emin olun. Ameliyat sırasında öğle yemeği veriliyor ama kocam neredeyse saat 16.00'ya kadar öğle yemeği yiyemiyor.

Üçüncü gün ise merkezde yıkanmaya gidiyorsunuz. Size bunun nasıl yapıldığını gösteriyorlar ve ayrıca mezoterapi setinin sağlandığı ameliyat sonrası konsültasyon da sağlıyorlar.

From start to finish my experience at Heva has been excellent. From the airport, to the hotel, to the clinic everything is taken care of. The staff are friendly, considerate and seem genuinely interested in the after care.

During the hair transplant procedure I was constantly kept updated on the stages and it took place in a very clean, professional setting. Beforehand they took into consideration my wants, set my expectations and alleviated any reservations I had. I'd highly recommend Heva to anyone considering a hair transplant or any other procedure.

I chose the gold package and got a transplant a couple months ago. The results speak for themselves. The staff is great. I coordinated my appointment with Mary and Seda was the one who drew my hairline. Phenomenal people and I would highly recommend this clinic. My hairline was receding and bald spot was growing. I can’t say that anymore.

My whole experience at HEVA CLINIC was phenomenal from the airport pick up, then to do my surgery. The staffs were very welcoming, informative and most of all professional. On my surgery date it was a little nerve racking for me however the staff members made that nervousness disappear on site. Two years ago a came to heva clinic, and I got another opportunity to come again and this time around heva has gotten bigger and better, from the moment you arrive at the airport you greeted by drivers and they take in a very a car by yourself to a pretty comfortable hotel. The day after was when I had the procedure done and when I got there I was greeted by 2-3 different staff all trying to help. And I am going to ramble on about the staff because they are truly amazing, I would like to mention jem, one of the translator there super amazing guy really genuine. I would also like to mention emanuel, really cool dude, who just makes you feel comfortable, when you come to the office, also super helpful as well. And even though I don’t quite remember the names of all the staff that helped me, I would like to thank them as well. I would definitely recommend heva to any of my brothers and sisters out there just trying to self improve, and this heva clinic is definitely the spot to come and get your hair done.

The overall experience was absolutely perfect. The consultation was super easy through the WhatsApp with immediate responses. Was picked up from the airport given specific instructions where to meet ahead of time. The hotel I was staying at had staff that provided great 24-hour service. My consultants name was Sarah and she was absolutely amazing always there to answer questions always helpful always responsive couldn't have done this without her. Everything went so smoothly. The procedure was straight through. You meet with the doctor's first hand they tell you exactly what they can do for you your expectations they want to make sure you feel comfortable they ask you questions about what you're looking forward to and it was just perfect all the way around everything was taken care of all my needs were taking care of.

This was an EXCELLENT experience!! I highly recommend coming to this clinic for your hair transplant. The process from start to end was smooth and the team made it very comfortable. Communication with the team overseas was great, they answered all my questions and provided a great level of details and examples. When I arrived they picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel which they booked in advance for me! The day of the operation was great, they picked up me and walked me through the process again. Dr Seda worked with me on exactly what I wanted and delivered!! They ensured I was fed and had the proper drinks before we started, great customer service.

The procedure was smooth and they made sure I was good throughout it all. All the areas I was concerned about was covered and designed to my liking. Afterwards I was given my medication and taken back to my hotel to rest. I was picked up the following day and they walked me through the post-op care process and showed me how to do it. If I could give them more stars I would, this whole experience was great and I look forward to my future results.

My experience with HEVA clinic was great and better than expected since I normally don’t like to get my hopes up with unique experiences that I try for the first time. They made the entire process easy and simple. I went with the gold package just because I wanted to ensure that I got one of the head surgeons and knowing that this is a huge investment I didn’t want to shortcut things and end up regretting it. I recommend HEVA for anyone looking for a transplant.

I had a pretty decent experience at the HEVA clinic in Istanbul. I’d recommend anyone that has AFRO Hair types to make the trip, get over those nerves and get the necessary work that you need. Accommodation from being picked up from the airport to traveling to the hotel and to and from HEVA locations was well put together. As a client, you didn’t have to worry about that regard, and the transport team generally kept me informed a half day prior to what the next day would look like as far as show/pick up times.

One thing that definitely bugged me was the actual surgery day. The scheduled time I had was pushed back 6 hours. And then when I actually showed up for the new show time I didn’t begin any of the operation process for about 2 hours… I was the last one in the building after 1am being wrapped up with the operation process so based on that regard I thought it was somewhat rushed considering the initial appointment time I was supposed to have and what was going on throughout the day. As far as the surgery (post op), there was some swelling around my forehead and eye but that’s completely normal considering the anesthesia shots and etc. So here about 5 days after surgery, my face is looking normal again. Only time will tell if the actual surgery was a success in hair being regrown in the transplanted area, with the hair care treatment kit and anything else you do on the side to aid the regrowth process.

All in all, the trip + cost of surgery + cost of care kit and how much graphs you can actually get is significantly a better bang for your money than the US. Looking forward to the next 6months - 1 year to see results

My experience with Heva Clinic was really good. They were really thorough with communication from before I landed to Turkey, to the day I landed up until the day of departure. They provided transport throughout my stay in Istanbul. During the procedure the medical team were really helpful, really patient and highly skilled and knowledgeable with the procedure. After doing lots of research of hair transplant clinics in Turkey, I decided to go with HEVA. They reached out to me promptly and Zen, a medical consultant, scheduled a time for us to meet where she went over the general process and was happy to answer all the questions I had. She made me feel super comfortable and supported. When the time came, I flew over and everything went smoothly. HEVA is super organized; hotel, transportation, communication was all excellent. Everyone at the clinic was also super nice and friendly, so I never felt weird or uncomfortable. I would 100% recommend HEVA.

I would like to give a big thank you to Heva Clinic for a job well done! I flew from Boston and I was very nervous prior to my hair transplant. But with the help of my medical consultants Ashton and Jamie, they were able to make this process as smooth as possible by answering all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The hotel is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. And the procedure was very straight forward. The staff kept me well informed throughout the entire process including how to properly take medications as well as how to use the aftercare hair products to maximize my results. There is also lifetime support which is nice. I would recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about it. Thank you again!

Jestem po zabiegu w Turcji z kliniką HEVA. Mam akurat okazję porównać dwie firmy, ponieważ za 1 razem byłem z MediTravel, za drugim razem z HEVA Clinic. Pierwszy zabieg miałem robiony około 2020 roku, teraz z HEVA clinic w 2025 roku w lutym.

Obie firmy całościowo działanie mają podobne, za dużo się nie różni lecz kwestia szczegółów. Na tym etapie jeśli ktoś patrzy na budżet i nie wnika w szczegóły to obie firmy są porządne i świadczą porządnie usługi. Jeśli komuś zależy na szczegółach to tutaj je przedstawię:

Na plus dla HEVA clinic względem MediTravel:
- lepszy transport z lotniska, porządnie każdy ma swojego busa w stylu VIP
- jakoś hotel bardziej mi się podobał totalne mistrzostwo śniadania pyszne dużo do wyboru, ale obie firmy mają porządne hotele
- atrakcyjniejsza i to dość mocno atrakcyjniejsza cena + dokupiłem jeszcze kosmetyki na 6 miesięcy profesjonalnej marki Perseus, a cena i tak była bardziej atrakcyjna niż w innej firmie bez kosmetyków
- na miejscu również bardziej profesjonalne przemieszczanie się między hotelem a kliniką, czuję się tam że jest się ważnym, bardzo uprzejmi, profesjonalne podejście do klienta

Na plus dla MediTravel względem HEVA:
- klinika w której był zabieg top of the top, ale HEVA też ma bardzo ładną. Medi dałbym 6 gwiazdek HEVA dałbym 5 gwiazdek (jakby do hoteli to porównać).
- podczas zabiegu był spokój, w HEVA trochę irytujące było chodzenie ludzi po pomieszczeniu w którym miałem zabieg. W pewnym momencie to już za bardzo intensywne było, a wiadomo głowa trochę boli, którąś godzinę leży się na łóżku i chce się ciszy i spokoju bo od tego zmęczenia i bólu nerwy też na innym poziomie są, a nie chodzenia + trochę za gorąco mi w tej sali było (nowym osobom polecam jakieś krótkie spodenki i luźno na zabieg ubrać się).
- w MediTravel badania krwi otrzymałem papierowe wyniki do ręki, w przypadku HEVA niestety nie, a nie ukrywam fajnie by było dostać, trochę brakowało mi tego.

Generalnie obie firmy wykonują zabieg profesjonalnie. HEVA ma jakby nie patrząc dość atrakcyjniejsza cenę, dlatego za drugim razem skorzystałem z ich usług, obawiałem się że może to kosztem jakości się odbyć, ale finalnie totalnie nie żałuję.

Klinice HEVA Clinic poleciłbym jeszcze troszeczkę wyprzedzać pytania klienta, wszystko było zorganizowane bardzo dobrze lecz musiałem się dopytać czasami, np. jakby firma informowała klientów że jak kierowca dowiezie do hotelu, to należy samemu się zgłosić do recepcji podać swoje dane, bo trochę stałem jak pachołek i nie wiedziałem że mam się sam zameldować oraz niektóre leki miały inną nazwę niż instrukcja to również zaktualizować wiadomości bądź instrukcje o ten nowy lek. Szkoda, że wyników badań krwi nie udostępniacie dla klienta, to by zwiększyło poziom profesjonalizmu, trochę mi tego brakowało (w Medi dostałem wyniki).

Moim opiekunem był Simon, również podziękowania dla niego bo pomógł mi w kryzysowej sytuacji kiedy plecak z całym wyposażeniem zostawiłem w busie. Kontakt bardzo dobry 24/7. 😊

Ciekawa sytuacja również, ponieważ tu na miejscu dowiedziałem się, że z tyłu głowy nie chcieliby już pobierać (bo 2 zabiegi mi pobierali wiadomo też nie może być widać z tyłu śladów pobierania) to zaoferowali pobranie z zarostu co ponoć jest normalną procedurą i te włosy również się przyjmują, a więc to też jakby nie patrząc na plus.

W razie pytań osób chętnych na zabieg jestem do dyspozycji pod nr tel: 881226098 można napisać do mnie SMS, mam dwie firmy w których robiłem zabieg, a więc jestem w stanie odpowiadać chętnym na pytania. Można mnie znaleźć też na instagramie nick r.truszk. Jeśli ktoś się obawia zabiegu przeszczepu włosów. 😊

Her iki şirketin de genel operasyonları benzer, çok fazla fark yok ama bu bir ayrıntı meselesi. Bu aşamada eğer birisi bütçeye bakar ve detaylara girmezse, her iki şirket de düzgün ve iyi hizmet veriyor demektir. Ayrıntıları önemseyen varsa, burada sunacağım:

- İşlem sırasında ortam sessizdi, HEVA'da işlem yaptığım odada dolaşan insanlar biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Bir noktada çok yoğundu ve biliyorsunuz, başım biraz ağrıyor, bir saat kadar yatakta yatıyorum ve huzur ve sessizlik istiyorum, çünkü yorgunluk ve ağrı sinirlerimi yürümekten farklı bir seviyeye getiriyor + oda biraz fazla sıcaktı (yeni insanlar için tedavi için kısa şort giymeyi ve bol giyinmeyi öneririm).
- MediTravel'de kan testlerinin kağıt sonuçlarını elime aldım, HEVA durumunda ne yazık ki alamadım ve itiraf etmeliyim ki bunu almak güzel olurdu, biraz kaçırdım.

Genel olarak her iki firma da işlemi profesyonelce gerçekleştirmektedir. HEVA'nın oldukça cazip bir fiyatı var, bu yüzden hizmetlerini ikinci kez kullandığımda kaliteden ödün vermesinden korktum ama sonuçta hiç pişman değilim.

My overall experience was good with Heva. I had a hair transplant done. The cost was fair, the staff were pleasant. If you considering using Heva, ask questions so you know what you are getting. Translation can be limited. Overall I'm please & can't wait to see the final results.

Last minute trip, booked with the clinic and process was simple and straight forward. The customer service is good and they are very professional. The taxi service to and from the airport, hotel and clinic were satisfactory. Definitely recommend this place. I did pay extra for additional services so you should ask exactly questions as to what you’re looking for and with the aftercare.

I had an excellent experience at the Heva clinic! From the very beginning, the transportation was well-coordinated, ensuring smooth transfers between the hotel and the clinic. The hotel itself was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which added to the overall positive experience.

The hair procedure was carried out in a clean and sanitized environment, which made me feel at ease. The staff was professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Overall, everything was well-organized, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My overall experience went smoothly from what I’ve researched online about the HEVA Clinic. The communication with the company was great, they answered all questions and concerns I may have had before, during and after the procedure. I would recommend anyone who’s interested in making a change with the overall look of one’s hair, HEVA is the place to go. Lastly, I highly suggest anyone whose pain tolerance is very minimal I would instruct you to receive the sedation medicine before the operation it helps with the pain.

I was very pleased with my experience at HEVA clinic. I must say I was a little bit leery when I got here but after meeting the staff I was at ease. I’m truly happy with the outcome of my procedure and hoping for the best when I return home. I truly want to say thanks to Robin who was my go to person she was truly amazing. After a friend recommended Heva clinic and told me they specialize in my hair type. I immediately checked them out and scheduled a consultation. I spoke with Matt, when speaking he addressed all my concerns and eased my mind on the transplant and I booked my appointment. My experience was amazing , was picked up from the airport , transport to my hotel and clinic and back to the hotel and airport. Price point was amazing and I regained my confidence. During the procedure and when the anesthesia kicks in, you feel absolutely nothing . If you are reading this I undoubtedly recommend you checking them out and booking now.

I visited HEVA Clinic for a hair restoration procedure in Jan 2025. The airport pick up process was clear and simple, hotel was comfortable with accommodating staff. The procedure took 9 hours to complete. The staff was clear and transparent throughout the entire process. I am satisfied with my results so far, and I highly recommend. I chose HEVA because they were the most informative during my consultation process. Recommended.

I recently had my hair transplant at HEVA Clinic, and my overall evaluation ranges from good to average. While my experience was generally positive, and I was happy with the staff’s coordination from my arrival until the procedure itself, I noticed a decline in patient care after the surgery. The clinic does not seem to take responsibility for any complications or mistakes that may occur post-operation.

I recommend that HEVA consider adding structured post-operative checkups to monitor patients’ recovery and ensure the procedure’s success. Currently, patients are only asked to sign a form confirming the procedure is complete. Given the serious nature of this treatment, a post-op evaluation by a doctor should be mandatory, with personalized care instructions if needed.

During the procedure, staff should also explain each step proactively, rather than waiting for patients to ask questions. This is especially critical throughout the entire transplant process, as clear guidance helps patients feel more informed and reassured.

Moreover, I found it unprofessional and unethical for staff, including the surgeon, to use mobile phones during the procedure. This behavior could compromise patient care and safety.

Lastly, I believe the three-night accommodation provided by HEVA is too short for such a significant medical procedure. I recommend that future patients consider extending their stay to allow more time for follow-up care, just in case. Since hair transplantation is a one-time, permanent procedure, I also encourage patients to leave detailed feedback to help HEVA Clinic improve its services.

They arrange all aspects of the trip.

I provided them with my travel itinerary and they are able to arrange the taxi from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was booked by them for my visit duration as the per the number of nights I paid for.

Also all the transportation from the hotel to their clinics were all arranged by them. I literally did nothing but show up.

I am not a big fan of social media and don’t usually post reviews or pictures, but I want to write this review to help people like me who are considering a hair transplant in Turkey and are unsure which clinic to choose. I want to clarify that I have no benefits from the clinic or any motivation other than sharing my experience. To prove that this is not a fake review, I will include some photos (even though I dislike doing so) with my eyes covered.

Why did I choose Heva Clinic after contacting over 20 clinics in Istanbul, communicating with each of them through phone calls, video calls, and emails? There are two main reasons:

1. Communication: With 25+ years in sales and marketing, I can tell who is overpromising and overselling. My medical consultant, Matt (in the picture), was very transparent, professional, and knowledgeable. Whatever he promised came through. His responses were almost immediate, whether it was a weekday or weekend. He even lowered my package price and dropped $400 five days before the surgery due to a summer promotion.
2. Price: The packages they offer are very reasonable and fair.

I didn’t use the hotel provided by the clinic and asked them to deduct the cost from the package since I used my preferred hotel. So, I cannot comment on the hotel. However, the transportation worked perfectly. They used a third-party luxury van company and their own luxury van (see pictures). The service was outstanding.

Detailed Information on the Surgery:

They sent me pre-surgery requirements 20 days in advance with detailed information on what to do on the surgery day. On the surgery day, the van picked me up at 7:30 am, and at 8 am, Jenny (the translator) met me at the front door with a nice smile and a warm welcome.

After filling out a few forms, Dr. Seda (in the picture) came and did a pre-surgery consultation. She discussed the process, the possible number of grafts, and drew the hairline. After the consultation, we went to the actual clinic, which was one block from the office. The clinic was in a mid-sized building, and Heva occupied 2-3 floors. At the clinic, I met technicians Fatima and Elif, who were very nice and lovely. They have been with the clinic for over 5 years.

After the blood test, they administered local anesthesia, which was the only painful procedure during the surgery, and started harvesting hair from the donor area with a machine. During this process, Dr. Seda checked on the technicians 3-4 times and even took over the machine for 15-20 minutes. I believe she tried to maximize the number of grafts from several donor areas.

After the extraction, they offered me lunch and took me back to the room to open the channels. For those who say that doctors are not involved in the surgery, I can confirm that Dr. Seda opened most of my channels, starting from the drawn line. She was highly proficient and confident, knew what she was doing, and did a great job. After opening the channels, she asked the technicians to continue and start the implantation. Two young ladies worked hard and implanted 4200 grafts, finishing the operation around 5 pm.

After the surgery, they provided me with detailed instructions, gave me medication and care products, and the car took me back to my hotel. The next day, the car picked me up at 11 am, and we went to the clinic for the first wash. Another young lady washed my head with caution and care. After the wash, I was introduced to Amy, one of the managers, who explained in detail what I needed to do for the next 30 days.

On the third day, I received a message from Hannah, the after-surgery consultant, who asked for pictures and wanted to know how I was feeling. Today is day four, I am back in the US, and I got another message from Hannah.

Overall, I had a great experience with Heva Clinic and would recommend their services to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Sosyal medyanın büyük bir hayranı değilim ve genellikle yorum veya resim paylaşmıyorum, ancak Türkiye'de saç ekimi yaptırmayı düşünen ve hangi kliniği seçeceklerinden emin olmayan benim gibi insanlara yardımcı olmak için bu yorumu yazmak istiyorum. Klinikten hiçbir fayda görmediğimi veya deneyimimi paylaşmaktan başka bir motivasyonum olmadığını açıklığa kavuşturmak istiyorum. Bunun sahte bir yorum olmadığını kanıtlamak için gözlerim kapalıyken birkaç fotoğraf ekleyeceğim (bunu yapmaktan hoşlanmasam da).

İstanbul'daki 20'den fazla klinikle iletişime geçtikten, her biriyle telefon görüşmeleri, görüntülü görüşmeler ve e-postalar aracılığıyla iletişim kurduktan sonra neden Heva Clinic'i seçtim? Bunun iki ana nedeni var:

1. İletişim: Satış ve pazarlamada 25+ yıllık deneyimim sayesinde kimin aşırı vaatlerde bulunduğunu ve kimin aşırı satış yaptığını anlayabiliyorum. Tıbbi danışmanım Matt (resimde) çok şeffaf, profesyonel ve bilgiliydi. Ne vaat ettiyse yerine getirdi. Hafta içi veya hafta sonu fark etmeksizin yanıtları neredeyse anında geldi. Hatta yaz promosyonu nedeniyle paket fiyatımı düşürdü ve ameliyattan beş gün önce 400 dolar indirim yaptı. 2. Fiyat: Sundukları paketler oldukça makul ve adil.

Kliniğin sağladığı oteli kullanmadım ve tercih ettiğim oteli kullandığım için maliyeti paketten düşmelerini istedim. Bu yüzden otel hakkında yorum yapamam. Ancak ulaşım mükemmel bir şekilde çalıştı. Üçüncü taraf lüks bir minibüs şirketi ve kendi lüks minibüslerini kullandılar (resimlere bakın). Hizmet olağanüstüydü.

Ameliyat Hakkında Ayrıntılı Bilgi:

Ameliyat öncesi gereksinimlerimi ameliyat günü ne yapacağımla ilgili ayrıntılı bilgilerle 20 gün önceden gönderdiler. Ameliyat günü minibüs beni sabah 7:30'da aldı ve saat 8'de Jenny (tercüman) beni ön kapıda hoş bir gülümseme ve sıcak bir karşılamayla karşıladı.

Birkaç formu doldurduktan sonra Dr. Seda (resimde) geldi ve ameliyat öncesi bir konsültasyon yaptı. Süreci, olası greft sayısını konuştu ve saç çizgisini çizdi. Konsültasyondan sonra ofisten bir blok ötede bulunan gerçek kliniğe gittik. Klinik orta büyüklükte bir binadaydı ve Heva 2-3 kat kaplıyordu. Klinikte çok nazik ve hoş teknisyenler Fatima ve Elif ile tanıştım. 5 yıldan uzun süredir klinikteler.

Kan testinden sonra, ameliyat sırasında tek ağrılı işlem olan lokal anestezi uyguladılar ve donör bölgeden bir makine ile saç toplamaya başladılar. Bu işlem sırasında Dr. Seda teknisyenleri 3-4 kez kontrol etti ve hatta 15-20 dakika boyunca makineyi devraldı. Birkaç donör bölgeden greft sayısını en üst düzeye çıkarmaya çalıştığına inanıyorum.

Çekimden sonra bana öğle yemeği teklif ettiler ve kanalları açmak için beni odaya geri götürdüler. Ameliyatta doktorların yer almadığını söyleyenler için, Dr. Seda'nın çizilen çizgiden başlayarak kanallarımın çoğunu açtığını doğrulayabilirim. Son derece yetenekli ve kendine güveniyordu, ne yaptığını biliyordu ve harika bir iş çıkardı. Kanalları açtıktan sonra teknisyenlerden devam etmelerini ve ekime başlamalarını istedi. İki genç bayan çok çalıştı ve 4200 greft yerleştirdi, operasyonu saat 17:00 civarında tamamladı.

Ameliyattan sonra bana detaylı talimatlar verdiler, ilaçlar ve bakım ürünleri verdiler ve araba beni otelime geri götürdü. Ertesi gün, araba beni saat 11:00'de aldı ve ilk yıkama için kliniğe gittik. Başka bir genç bayan başımı dikkatli ve özenli bir şekilde yıkadı. Yıkamadan sonra, yöneticilerden biri olan Amy ile tanıştırıldım ve önümüzdeki 30 gün boyunca ne yapmam gerektiğini detaylı bir şekilde açıkladı.

Üçüncü gün, ameliyat sonrası danışmanı Hannah'dan bir mesaj aldım, fotoğraf istedi ve nasıl hissettiğimi bilmek istedi. Bugün dördüncü gün, ABD'ye döndüm ve Hannah'dan bir mesaj daha aldım.

Genel olarak, Heva Clinic ile harika bir deneyim yaşadım ve saç ekimi düşünen herkese hizmetlerini tavsiye ederim.
