Bu bir taksi değil, bir hizmet değil, sadece bir mafya. Uber aracılığıyla taksi çağırıyorum, yolculuğun parasını şirketim ödüyor. Bir taksi durağında taksiye binmeye çalıştım, havalimanı binasının çok ötesine geçtim. Şoförüm geldiğinde 3-4 kişilik bir grup koşarak üzerime saldırdı, arabadan bagajımı çekip şoföre saldırdı. Şok oldum, kaba davrandılar ve havaalanında taksiye binemeyeceğimi söylediler. Ben korktum, sürücü de korkup uzaklaştı. Sakin bir şekilde Uber çağıracak taksinin bulunmadığı ikinci kata gittim ama beni kovaladılar ve araba geldiğinde tekrar koşarak sürücüyü ve beni tehdit etmeye başladılar. Sadece şok oldum, suçlu gibi davrandılar. Çok korktum ve dondum, bu bir saat sürdü. Polise başvurdum ve yardım istedim, havalimanı ile anlaşmaları olduğunu ve havalimanı dışında taksiye rahatlıkla binebileceğimi söylediler. Ben de yaptım. İğrenç bir hizmet, burası Türkiye'nin başkenti, çok fazla turist var ve sizi onlarla gitmeye zorluyorlar, bu benim haklarımın ihlalidir. Bu suçtur, mafyadır! Seyahatimi şirketim karşılıyorsa neden 1500 liralık yolculuğu kendi cebimden ödeyeyim? Asla bu sürücülerle yolculuk yapmayacağım ve tüm arkadaşlarıma anlatacağım.
This is not a taxi, not a service, but simply mafia. I call a taxi through Uber, my company pays for the trip. I tried to get into a taxi at a taxi stop, I went far beyond the airport building. When my driver arrived, a group of 3-4 guys ran up and attacked me, pulled my luggage out of the car and attacked the driver. I was just in shock, they behaved rudely and said that I can’t take a taxi on the airport territory. I was scared and the driver got scared and left. I went to the second floor where there are no taxis to calmly call an Uber, but they followed me and again when the car arrived, they ran up and started threatening the driver and me. I was just in shock, they behaved like criminals. I was very scared and froze, this went on for an hour. I contacted the police, asked for help, they said that they have a contract with the airport and I can freely take a taxi outside the airport territory. So I did. Disgusting service, this is the capital of Turkey, lots of tourists and they just force you to go with them, this is a violation of my rights. This is a crime, mafia! Why should I pay for a trip of 1500 lira from my own pocket if my company pays for my travel. I will never travel with these drivers and I will tell all my friends.
