I recently underwent rhinoplasty and breast augmentation with Dr. Ali Riza Oreroglu, and I am very pleased with the care I received throughout the entire process.

Consultation and Planning:
As someone with a petite frame, I appreciated Dr. Ali Riza’s thoughtful approach. He took the time to clearly explain what could be realistically achieved with both procedures, ensuring the planned results would be proportionate to my physique. The preoperative discussions were thorough and left me feeling well-informed.

Surgical Experience:

Had a great experience with Dr Ali Riza Oreroglu. I came for a lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer. Really friendly upon meeting him. Went into my initial meeting where he went into great depth to help me understand the procedure. His team are so lovely, so kind and kept checking in on me. Pain is almost nothing and it’s only been three days post op but from what I can tell, it’s exactly what I wanted

My rhinoplasty experience with Dr Öreroğlu exceeded my expectations. Coming from the UK, the whole process was very smooth. The patient coordinators were consistently prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. I was also very pleased with the hospital experience, all the nurses were attentive and lovely. Throughout the process i felt supported. Lastly, i am very happy with my results, the recovery was not painful at all with minimal bruising and swelling. The results achieved all my concerns with my nose. I would definitely recommend Dr Öreroğlu to anyone considering a rhinoplasty.

I have had my surgery with Dr. Ali Riza Öreroğlu last week. He is a professional of his craft. I loved my nurses, they were educated and helpful. My patient coordinator and Alex were nice as well. Only problem I had was with I suppose an accountant(?!) Sahar who seemed very uninterested and lacked communication skills, meaning, she gave me close to zero information about anything I asked.
Recommend for Breast Augmentation surgeries.

Amazing Dr and team! Very proffessional! The highest standards i ever thought i can experience! Arrived this last Tuesday. Meet with the Doctor Ali for a quick counselteing on what was going to be performed. Facial fat transfer grafting adding fat from the inner thighs to my face. The surgery went very well as the surgery was performed the Doctor would give a small explanation of what he is working on. The staff seemed very helpful and paid small attention to details. It took me almost 6 months to find a surgeon to do my temporal brow lift, looking natural. I had consultations in the States and after much more research I was able to find Dr. öreroğlu, whom had many work to show completed tastefully on dark skin black women and diverse people. This was a major factor in my search as well as 10+ years of experience, including in the states.
My procedure was coordinated seamlessly and I had the ability to have all my questions answered before finalizing. I was even able to speak to someone on the care team face to face virtually on my time zone for an examination. With the surgeon’s recommendation and my desires,
I would be getting a temporal lift and hairline reduction. My consultation when I got to Istanbul was perfect, I didn’t feel like I was in the heads of someone untrustworthy. Dr. öreroğlu and I discussed my facial anatomy, medical recommendations, my history, my feelings about how I looked, and most importantly my desired look throughly on one day, next day was surgery.
Which I was provide with sooo much care from the clinic’s staff to the hospital’s. They give you the option of leaving the same day back to your hotel after surgery depending on the surgery and if you feel ok, I felt ok to go back after surgery but I would recommend you stay overnight! Even if you feel fine, which I did. The following healing days they care team coordinates days for you to come back, checking in on your. I would recommend Dr. öreroğlu to anyone personally, and the added vacation Istanbul was a bonus, such a beautiful place to travel too!

Ameliyattan sonra aynı gün otelinize geri dönme seçeneği sunuyorlar ve kendinizi iyi hissederseniz, ameliyattan sonra geri dönebilirsiniz. Ancak bir gece kalmanızı tavsiye ederim! İyi hissetseniz bile, ki öyle yaptım. Sonraki iyileşme günlerinde, bakım ekibi sizin için geri dönmeniz ve durumunuzu kontrol etmeniz için günler ayarlıyor. Dr. Öreroğlu'nu şahsen herkese tavsiye ederim ve İstanbul'a eklenen tatil de bir bonustu, seyahat etmek için çok güzel bir yer!

First of all, it’s taken me a while to finally write this review. The reason I finally decided to write it because of the non chalant responses I have gotten from the doctor and his staff so far. Last year September I got an African ethnic rhinoplasty. I did a lot of research but couldn’t find any bad reviews for this doctor. So I thought it was a good idea to go with him. From the outside he seemed like someone who cared about your opinion and didn’t give everyone the same nose. I was in touch with a so called coordinator before going to Turkey to get my surgery. I remember the first thing I asked is if I would get a rough image of what my nose could look like after surgery. I mean I have my expectations and the doctor has his as well. I thought the only way for us to come to a consensus would be to have a morphed picture of me. I was told the doctor doesn’t do that and they explained why. They assured me that my concerns would be taken into account. 2 days before surgery, I had my consultation and I met the doctor. This was when I began to really hesitate. First of all he had this nonchalant and dismissive demeanour about him. Like he couldn’t wait to get to the next appointment. Everything felt hurried because he had just come out of a surgery and was going to do another one after my and another patient’s consultation. I told him my concerns. I was VERY specific about what I wanted. He said okay, they would be taken care of. The hospital stay was fine. I was almost forced to write a positive review about my stay only. They insisted I don’t don’t talk about the results yet. Which was logical at the time because it was too early to tell. However, I refused to write the review. I wanted to wait so I could write a wholesome and honest review about everything. And I was right.

There was an issue with my surgery schedule organisation as well. My flight home was scheduled on the same day as my cast off day due to an error in the surgery schedule that was shared with me. I couldn’t rebook it in time to make my surgery date. I was assured the doctor could see me an early so I could make my flight. He didn’t. I missed my flight because of it. Not a word of apology from the doctor and his team even though it was their fault.

2 months after the surgery I began to really have doubts about the results. It looked liked the bare minimum was done. None of my concerns were addressed. My nose was still wide, nostrils were still big and flared, nasal tip was still bulbous. I asked to speak with the doctor personally because I needed to know what to expect and the extent of the work that was done because the result was so far from my expectations. Every single time they told me the doctor was busy. A surgeon that’s too busy to speak with his patient? So as soon as they got my money suddenly he has no time for me anymore? They tried to gaslight me by telling me my nose was bigger before. Of course it was, that’s why I came to get surgery. None of my friends and family could even tell that I got surgery. Now I’ve told them they’re livid, telling me to get my money back. I was told it was just swelling, that with every month, it would get better. Now I’m 5 months post op and my nose has gotten even wider. I’m finally writing this review because literally a couple of minutes ago I communicated my concerns, sent photos and asked to speak with the doctor again and I was told that my nose is healing fine. That’s it. I’m so angry and livid right now. The money I spent, the emotional and physical toll that the surgery took…Up till now I’ve tried to be understanding but this is too much. When I tell you the doctor does NOT take your opinion into account, believe me. You’d be wasting your money, time and energy if you get a rhinoplasty with him. You can go on Facebook there are posts about him on the surgery group there. I wish I had seen them before my surgery.

Even if this is deleted, I’ll post it again wherever I can. On Realself wherever… and I’ll continue to warn people. If you want photos as proof, I can provide them.

Öncelikle, bu yorumu yazmam biraz zaman aldı. Sonunda yazmaya karar vermemin sebebi, doktordan ve ekibinden şimdiye kadar aldığım kayıtsız tepkilerdi. Geçen yıl Eylül ayında Afrika kökenli bir burun estetiği ameliyatı geçirdim. Çok araştırma yaptım ama bu doktor hakkında kötü bir yorum bulamadım. Bu yüzden onunla gitmenin iyi bir fikir olduğunu düşündüm. Dışarıdan bakıldığında, kişinin fikrini önemseyen ve herkese aynı burnu yapmayan biri gibi görünüyordu. Ameliyat için Türkiye'ye gitmeden önce sözde bir koordinatörle iletişim halindeydim. İlk sorduğum şeyin, ameliyattan sonra burnumun nasıl görüneceğine dair kabataslak bir resim isteyip istemediğim olduğunu hatırlıyorum. Yani benim beklentilerim var ve doktorun da beklentileri var. Bir fikir birliğine varmamızın tek yolunun, benim modifiye edilmiş bir fotoğrafım olacağını düşünmüştüm. Doktorun bunu yapmadığı söylendi ve nedenini açıkladılar. Endişelerimin dikkate alınacağına dair bana güvence verdiler. Ameliyattan 2 gün önce konsültasyonumu yaptırdım ve doktorla görüştüm. İşte tam o sırada gerçekten tereddüt etmeye başladım. Her şeyden önce, umursamaz ve küçümseyici bir tavrı vardı. Sanki bir sonraki randevuya yetişmek için sabırsızlanıyormuş gibiydi. Her şey aceleye getirilmiş gibiydi çünkü ameliyattan yeni çıkmıştı ve benim ve başka bir hastanın konsültasyonundan sonra bir tane daha yapacaktı. Endişelerimi anlattım. Ne istediğim konusunda ÇOK nettim. Tamam, halledileceklerini söyledi. Hastanede kalışım iyiydi. Neredeyse sadece kalışım hakkında olumlu bir yorum yazmak zorunda kalacaktım. Sonuçlardan henüz bahsetmemem konusunda ısrar ettiler. O zamanlar mantıklıydı çünkü söylemek için çok erkendi. Ancak yorum yazmayı reddettim. Her şey hakkında sağlıklı ve dürüst bir yorum yazabilmek için beklemek istedim. Ve haklıydım.

Ameliyat programımla ilgili bir sorun da vardı. Eve dönüş uçuşum, benimle paylaşılan ameliyat programındaki bir hata nedeniyle ameliyattan çıkış günümle aynı güne planlanmıştı. Ameliyat tarihime yetişebilmek için yeniden randevu alamadım. Doktorun beni erken görebileceği ve böylece uçağıma yetişebileceğim konusunda bana güvence verilmişti. Yetişmedi. Bu yüzden uçağımı kaçırdım. Doktor ve ekibinden, kendi hataları olmasına rağmen tek bir özür bile dilemediler.

Ameliyattan 2 ay sonra sonuçlar hakkında gerçekten şüphelerim oluşmaya başladı. Görünüşe göre asgari düzeyde bir şey yapılmıştı. Endişelerimin hiçbiri giderilmemişti. Burnum hala genişti, burun deliklerim hala büyük ve genişti, burun ucum hala şişkindi. Ne beklemem gerektiğini ve yapılan işin boyutunu bilmem gerektiği için doktorla şahsen görüşmek istedim çünkü sonuç beklentilerimin çok uzağındaydı. Her seferinde doktorun meşgul olduğunu söylediler. Hastasıyla konuşamayacak kadar meşgul bir cerrah mı? Paramı alır almaz aniden bana ayıracak vakti kalmıyor mu? Burnumun eskiden daha büyük olduğunu söyleyerek beni kandırmaya çalıştılar. Elbette öyleydi, bu yüzden ameliyat olmaya geldim. Arkadaşlarımdan ve ailemden hiçbiri ameliyat olduğumu bile anlamadı. Şimdi onlara öfkeden deliye döndüklerini, paramı geri almamı istediklerini söyledim. Bana sadece şişlik olduğunu, her ay daha da iyileşeceğini söylediler. Ameliyattan 5 ay sonra burnum daha da genişledi. Sonunda bu yorumu yazıyorum çünkü sadece birkaç dakika önce endişelerimi dile getirdim, fotoğraflar gönderdim ve doktorla tekrar görüşmek istediğimi söyledim ve burnumun iyi iyileştiği söylendi. I really liked Dr Oreroglu's work however his coordinator was very arrogant and did not want to negotiate on anything considering I had 5 other girls who wanted the same surgery. I did not find him friendly or willing to assist in any way - it's foolish to think that you will get any international patients as the prices are alot more than our own countries. The whole purpose why everyone travels to turkey is to get more cost effective surgery. However by putting your prices same as US, UK and Australia will stop the medical tourism in turkey. The price provided by your coordinator exceeds the top surgeons at the same hospital you use. I am giving 2 stars Dr oreroglu, get a better coordinator to service your customers. He fobbed me off like im a peasant for giving my opinion.

I had combined Rhinoplasty with Breast Augmentation. For both, I was worried of getting results that would look too fake, but Dr. OREROGLU gave me exactly what I was looking for. My procedure was fat grafting and upper eyelid , the procedure went very smoothly, and the results and the recovery were better than I expected.
Since then, I haven't stopped visiting Dr Oreoglu clinic for Botox and fillers.
I highly recommend him for his professional work and honesty. If the procedure is not the right one for you, he will never proceed .

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Oreroglu on 20th December 2023 due to having breathing issues caused by a deviated septum. Within 5 days post op I had the best nights sleep I ever had. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr.Oreroglu. I saw his videos on YouTube and it inspired me to seek him out. I was nervous seeking a doctor outside of the states but it was worth it. He did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable about ethnic rhinoplasty. Even more than American plastic surgeons. He's staff are very warm and welcoming. It was costly as in the states but I would have saved a lot of money if I had known about him before.

doctor has no bedside manner and his work has left me needing revisions, he moves quickly, hastily, and clumsily.

his staff are rude, the entire office team is dedicated to being on social media all day to ensure there are no bad reviews instead of caring for patients. they have a very international clientele but will leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere to find your own way home after surgery which is a frightening and unsettling experience. they also spend the entire visit upselling you on other operations and procedures to complete in the same visit.

overall - dont trust the reviews, they are all posted by employees. avoid dr. öreroğlu's office at all costs!

No words to describe my exciting experience with Dr. Ali Riza Oreroglu and his team! The whole process starting from first communication was smooth, easy and effective.

I came to Istanbul to have breast augmentation plastic surgery and I’m very picky in any decisions related to my body and health. I had months of research, collecting of feedbacks and following Dr. Oreroglu in social media to made my choice and didn’t regret. His professional team had close follow up with me on important points before surgery, always available for any questions, providing clear and helpful information. When I met doctor we discussed surgery process, choosing implants and method that will be used. And it was straight to the point and I’m more then happy with the outcome of the surgery, the way he suggested is safe and easy for recovery, comparing with some of my friend’s breast surgeries where their muscles were cut and they had a long rehabilitation period. Personally me, I was feeling pretty fine after surgery, not much of pain, was easy to do any of my personal things and live daily routine, after 2 days I was already having a round in Istanbul, going out, visiting places and had quite active life without any pain or challenges. It’s important to mention that my breast now looks very attractive day by day taking it’s natural shape.

In the end I would like just to thank Dr. Ali Riza Oreroglu for the perfect breast and great job that he’s doing! I’ve just had my rhinoplasty with doctor Ali Riza Oreroglu my entire process form start to finish was absolutely perfect. I flew from the US and the assistant Sahar was so helpful to me before I arrived and while I was here. Any questions or concerns I had she always got back to me promptly and explained every detail of the process. She is so sweet and continued to check on me everyday even after my procedure.
On the day of my consultation I met the doctor he is so polite and you can tell how seriously he takes every patient. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease, I trusted him right away.
The hospital he operates out of is beautiful! The staff at the hospital was on top of everything making sure me and even my mother who accompanied me was comfortable the whole time.
My healing process went great. The first 2 days was swelling but nothing too bad. By day 3 I was feeling amazing.

I had a full face, neck and temporal lift with Dr. Riza and it has been almost 4 weeks. Most of the swelling has gone down and I am absolutely loving the results. Everything looks so natural. I am almost 3 months post op. I traveled from the states to Istanbul solo to go see Dr. Ali Riza Oreroglu for an ethnic rhinoplasty. I stayed for 10 days total because I was told by the doctor to stay a week straight. But I wanted to start my journey heading there two days before my appointment since my layover and the time difference would throw me off. To get there took me basically a whole day, the second day I rest a little bit and look around the city. It’s a lot cats and I love them so that ain’t a problem for me honestly. The third day was my first appointment with Dr. Oreroglu. We went over the type of look I was going for, slightly upturned tip and thinner bridge, and smaller nostrils. I even FaceTimed my grandmother to talk to him and he explained the plan with her as well.

Their main office clinic and the hospital was clean. I took Uber everywhere I went. I felt safe and comfortable and my hotel was like 5 minutes away from the clinic. It was 20 minutes away from the hospital but would be like 30 minutes depending on the traffic. I made two trips to the hospital and back; first trip was to run blood test and second trip was surgery day. Ubers are much cheaper than the states too and the food too.

I got a piece of cartilage removed from my rib so that kinda hurt but I had pain pills that was prescribed to me by the hospital at discharge from the hospital. Oh yeah, after surgery there is a mandatory 1 night hospital stay and the staff didn’t speak much English but they were very helpful and kind. I used google translate if I was asking for something specific. Right before surgery and right after surgery Dr. Oreroglu came to see me and we just briefly went over the plan for my rhinoplasty again.

A staff member walked me down to my uber and made sure I got in the right one and I went all the way back to my hotel. I slept for the most part for the rest of my stay. I did some sight seeing throughout a few of those days but couldn’t be too mobile since the operation where my cartilage was taken out of my ribs was sore. So I made sure to stay close to the hotel traveling by Uber still. I had a breakfast buffet in my hotel and can order room service whenever so that’s what I did. I had my final appointment with Dr. Oreroglu on the 9th day to get my cast removed and my dissolvable stitches cleaned. Forgot to mention after I discharged out of the hospital I was also given saline solution and ointment to apply to my stitches a few times a day and that’s what I was instructed to do so I did. Dr. Oreroglu took before and after pictures (my results are on his instagram). These are my pictures for last week. I wanted to wait until I healed up a bit and the stitches dissolved more. I’m in love with my new nose! 😍 It’s still healing ofcourse, it’ll take about a year I was told.

Ameliyattan neredeyse 3 ay sonrayım. Etnik burun estetiği için Dr. Ali Rıza Oreroğlu'nu görmek için Amerika'dan İstanbul'a tek başıma gittim. Doktorun bana bir hafta aralıksız kalmamı söylemesi nedeniyle toplam 10 gün kaldım. Ancak aktarmam ve saat farkı beni oyalayacağı için yolculuğuma randevumdan iki gün önce oraya gitmek istedim. Oraya ulaşmak tam bir günümü aldı, ikinci gün biraz dinlenip şehri şöyle bir dolaşıyorum. Bir sürü kedi var ve onları seviyorum bu yüzden açıkçası benim için sorun değil. Üçüncü gün Dr. Oreroğlu ile ilk randevumdu. Aradığım görünümün üzerinden geçtik; hafif kalkık uç, daha ince köprü ve daha küçük burun delikleri. Hatta büyükannemle FaceTime yaparak onunla konuştum ve o da planı ona anlattı.

Ana ofis klinikleri ve hastane temizdi. Gittiğim her yere Uber'i götürdüm. Kendimi güvende ve rahat hissettim ve otelim kliniğe 5 dakika uzaklıktaydı. Hastaneye 20 dakika uzaklıktaydı ama trafiğe bağlı olarak 30 dakika kadar olacaktı. Hastaneye iki gezi yaptım ve geri döndüm; ilk gezi kan testi yapmaktı, ikinci gezi ise ameliyat günüydü. Uber'ler eyaletlerden ve yiyeceklerden de çok daha ucuz.

Kaburga kemiğimden bir parça kıkırdak alındı, canım acıdı ama hastaneden taburcu olurken bana hastane tarafından reçete edilen ağrı kesici ilaçlarım vardı. Evet, ameliyattan sonra 1 gece zorunlu hastanede kalma zorunluluğu vardı ve personel pek İngilizce konuşmuyordu ama çok yardımsever ve naziktiler. Belirli bir şey istiyorsam Google çeviriyi kullandım. Ameliyattan hemen önce ve ameliyattan hemen sonra Dr. Oreroğlu beni görmeye geldi ve kısa bir süreliğine burun estetiği planımın üzerinden geçtik.

Bir personel beni uberime kadar götürdü ve doğru araca bindiğimden emin oldu ve ben de otelime geri döndüm. Kaldığım sürenin büyük bir kısmında uyudum. O günlerin bir kısmında biraz gezdim ama kaburgalarımdan kıkırdaklarımın alındığı ameliyat çok ağrılı olduğundan fazla hareket edemedim. Bu yüzden hala Uber ile seyahat ederken otele yakın kaldığıma emin oldum. Otelimde açık büfe kahvaltı yedim ve istediğim zaman oda servisine sipariş verebiliyorum, ben de öyle yaptım. Alçımı aldırmak ve eriyen dikişlerimi temizletmek için 9. günde Dr. Oreroğlu ile son randevumu aldım. Hastaneden taburcu olduktan sonra bana günde birkaç kez dikişlerime sürmem için salin solüsyonu ve merhem de verildiğini söylemeyi unuttum ve bana da bunu yapmam söylendi ve ben de öyle yaptım. Dr. Oreroğlu öncesi ve sonrası fotoğraflarını çekti (sonuçlarım instagramında var). Bunlar geçen haftaki fotoğraflarım. Biraz iyileşene ve dikişler eriyene kadar beklemek istedim. Yeni burnuma aşığım! 😍 Hala iyileşiyor tabii, bir yıl kadar süreceği söylendi bana.

I recently did a breast augmentation with Dr. Ali Rıza and I am incredibly happy with the results of my surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Dr. professionalism and his team make my journey very pleasant and easy.
The hospital where the surgery took place was high level, everyone was nice and kind.

I found Dr. Ali years ago and have had several procedures with him. This week I finished healing from a lip lift and facial fat grafting. The reason I chose him and came from the USA was after watching all his videos and researching I felt he was a true artist, calm, and none of his work looked “overly” done but more natural and beautiful .

The first procedure I had was a lower face lift 3 years ago then a year and a half ago I had a rhinoplasty and most recently my lip lift and fat transfer. My scars are amazing I have never needed any laser treatments and I do follow all his instructions of course for my desired outcome. Clearly he is now the only doctor I trust with my face that is why I have came back 3 times to see him - I just make a mini vacation out of the trip as overall Turkey is a beautiful country with some amazing sites and food!

In the USA the surgeons were mainly focused on my age and filler was no longer giving me the results I wanted, he was the first doctor that had a realistic perspective of some things being my anatomy not so much having to do with age. I appreciate his perspective and honesty even that he didn’t recommend my lip lift initially with a facelift. Later after healing and dissolving filler he did agree the space in between my nose and lips was longer and that’s why I returned. Also I appreciate after my appointments the staff always follows up with my results and healing and I am able to ask the doctor questions when I am home if I need to. Overall I highly recommend Dr. Ali!
He is an amazing Doctor and his staff are very friendly and accommodating and have helped me with other recommendations for hotels and even a dermatologist I needed.

Yıllar önce Dr. Ali'yi buldum ve onunla birkaç işlem yaptırdım. Bu hafta dudak kaldırma ve yüz yağ grefti ile iyileşmeyi tamamladım. Onu seçip ABD'den gelmemin nedeni, tüm videolarını izledikten ve araştırdıktan sonra onun gerçek bir sanatçı olduğunu, sakin olduğunu ve hiçbir eserinin "aşırı" yapılmadığını, daha doğal ve güzel göründüğünü hissetmemdi.

İlk yaptırdığım operasyon 3 yıl önce alt yüz germe, ardından bir buçuk yıl önce burun estetiği ve son olarak da dudak kaldırma ve yağ transferi yaptırdım. Yara izlerim harika, hiçbir zaman lazer tedavisine ihtiyaç duymadım ve elbette istediğim sonuç için onun tüm talimatlarını takip ediyorum. Açıkçası artık yüzüme güvendiğim tek doktor o, bu yüzden onu 3 kez görmeye geldim - Türkiye genel olarak harika yerleri ve yemekleri olan güzel bir ülke olduğundan, gezi dışında sadece küçük bir tatil yapıyorum!

ABD'de cerrahlar ağırlıklı olarak yaşıma odaklanmıştı ve dolgu artık istediğim sonuçları vermiyordu, bazı şeylerin anatomimle ilgili değil, yaşla pek ilgili olmadığı konusunda gerçekçi bir bakış açısına sahip ilk doktordu. Başlangıçta yüz germe ile birlikte dudak kaldırmamı tavsiye etmemesine rağmen bakış açısını ve dürüstlüğünü takdir ediyorum. Daha sonra dolgu maddesi iyileştikten ve eridikten sonra burnumla dudaklarım arasındaki boşluğun daha uzun olduğu konusunda hemfikirdi ve bu yüzden geri döndüm. Ayrıca randevularımdan sonra personelin her zaman sonuçlarımı ve iyileşmemi takip etmesini ve ihtiyaç duymam halinde evdeyken doktora soru sorabilmemi takdir ediyorum. Genel olarak Dr. Ali'yi şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum!

Keşke okuduklarıma inanmasaydım. Keşke daha fazla araştırma yapabilseydim. Üzücü. Çok üzücü.

I decided to go with Dr Ali Riza Oreroglu for my rhinoplasty. stepping into his clinic every member of his staff was so friendly and warm and helpful, I felt really comfortable and in good hands. The surgery was at state of the art Memorial hospital which is like a 5-star hotel, including your room with large full width windows, really incredible.
The surgery was not painful afterwards. I travelled on my own from UK and it was absolutely fine. I felt fine to walk around the day after my surgery. Honestly the worst part was the cannula in my elbow vein! I had minimal bruising around the eyes& swollen cheeks that went within a few days. The stitches were not painful at all coming out and neither was the cast coming off. I'm so glad I chose such a good Surgeon. He's not the cheapest for Turkey, but I'd rather pay for his expertise, accreditations & perfectionism, You won't regret going with Dr oreroglu! :D I have since revisted Istanbul and Dr O gave me steroid shots in nose as I have thick skin& it can struggle to redrape tightly& can lead to scar tissue. The supratip was pretty swollen 6 months after but steroid shots did help.I will need couple more, and wait over 2 years till final result, for thick skin this is what I read.

Burun estetiği ameliyatım için Dr. Ali Rıza Öreroğlu ile çalışmaya karar verdim. Kliniğine adım attığımda tüm personeli çok cana yakın, sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi. Kendimi gerçekten rahat ve emin ellerde hissettim. Ameliyatım, 5 yıldızlı bir otel gibi olan, geniş pencereli odanız da dahil olmak üzere, son teknoloji Memorial Hastanesi'nde gerçekleşti. Gerçekten inanılmazdı. Ameliyat sonrasında ağrım olmadı. İngiltere'den kendi başıma seyahat ettim ve kesinlikle sorunsuzdu. Ameliyatımın ertesi günü rahatça dolaşabildim. Dürüst olmak gerekirse en kötü yanı dirsek damarımdaki kanüldü! Gözlerimin etrafında çok az morarma ve birkaç gün içinde geçen yanaklarımda şişlik vardı. Dikişler çıkarılırken hiç ağrım olmadı ve alçı da çıkarılmadı. Böylesine iyi bir cerrah seçtiğim için çok mutluyum. Türkiye için en ucuzu değil ama uzmanlığı, akreditasyonları ve mükemmeliyetçiliği için para ödemeyi tercih ederim. Dr. Öreroğlu ile çalışmaya pişman olmayacaksınız! :D O zamandan beri İstanbul'a tekrar gittim ve Dr. O, kalın bir deriye sahip olduğum ve sıkı bir şekilde kapatılmada zorluk çekebildiğim ve yara dokusuna yol açabildiğim için burnuma steroid iğneleri yaptı. 6 ay sonra supratip oldukça şişmişti ama steroid iğneleri işe yaradı. Birkaç iğneye daha ihtiyacım olacak ve kesin sonucu almak için 2 yıldan fazla bekleyeceğim. Kalın deri için okuduğum kadarıyla.

I had rhinoplasty one year ago and it’s the best thing I ever did. It did not hurt at all. The hospital was so nice too. Ali is kind and professional. Çaka, his assistant goes above and beyond for you. I can be a nightmare with my diary but they always find time to fit me in and answer/reassure me about any concerns I have.
I have very oily, thick skin which has resulted in scar tissue forming around the tip of my nose and Ali has seen to it straight away. I am going for my second revisit for steroid injections to fix it next weekend and it has been so easy to communicate and resolve, despite me living in London and being on a very tight schedule.
10/10 recommend.

Bir yıl önce burun estetiği oldum ve bu şimdiye kadar yaptığım en iyi şeydi. Hiç acımadı. Hastane de çok güzeldi. Ali nazik ve profesyonel. Asistanı Çaka, senin için her şeyin ötesinde çalışıyor. Günlüğümle bir kabusa dönüşebiliyorum ama onlar her zaman bana uyum sağlamak ve endişelerim konusunda bana cevap vermek/güven vermek için zaman buluyorlar.
Çok yağlı, kalın bir cildim var ve bu da burnumun ucunda yara dokusunun oluşmasına neden oluyor ve Ali bunu hemen halletti. Önümüzdeki hafta sonu steroid enjeksiyonları için ikinci tekrar ziyaretime gideceğim ve Londra'da yaşamama ve çok sıkı bir programa sahip olmama rağmen iletişim kurmak ve çözüm bulmak çok kolay oldu.

We have been there 4 times. We didn't get the treatment we deserve. Unfortunately After coming from Chicago-USA to Istanbul-Turkey my hometown, I wish We could have better disciplined behavior by him. Unreliable Procedure. I do not want to write here but Dr. Ali Rıza Oreroglu is not trustable.

I did Botox in this clinic and was satisfied. I am currently doing hair mesotherapy. After four sessions, I got a really good result. Also, the treatment of the clinic staff is very respectful and also regular appointments.

Anyone wishing to have an ethnic rhinoplasty then this is the place to contact without having second thoughts, just book your flights and get it done, I kid you not, you won’t regret it! The cleanliness, dignity, respect, choice, empathy, is on a high level. The team have excellent communication skills and are always at hand to assist you, they also speak English which is a bonus. (Trust me). Everything is explained clearly by Dr Ali in such an approachable manner. I flew in from the UK and simply CANNOT explain how pleased I am with my results after the big reveal today. I had a bulbous flat nose with wide nostrils, I now have a bridge and a nose tip and the lower part of my nose has been narrowed, I honestly cannot stress how exited I am. The level of care is at a high standard, the team contacted me to ensure I was ok whilst I was recovering and a driver escorts you to and from the hospital on your surgery day, I mean they even sent flowers to my hotel. I could go on and on praising my experience here.

Bakım düzeyi yüksek standartta, ben iyileşirken ekip iyi olup olmadığımdan emin olmak için benimle iletişime geçti ve ameliyat gününüzde hastaneye gidiş ve dönüşte bir şoför size eşlik ediyor, yani otelime çiçek bile gönderdiler. Exceptional staff. Very friendly and made the experience a 5 star. I do want to give special recognition to Ayla, the office manager...she received me with a great big smile and warm handshake as if we knew each for years. I should of given her a hug because she was wonderful. Made sure I understood the process, felt comfortable from beginning to end. I even needed assistance with a taxi and again they helped. As a foreigner I was a little lost in translation and she spoke beautiful English. My jet lag and travel exhaustion was the same night as the procedure and I was accommodated based on my arrival. I cannot express all my appreciation of the staff from reception to his amazing nurse Sena, Ayla, Çaka, and of course Dr Ali Riza. He was thorough, current in techniques in plastics and aesthetics. He went out of way to accommodate me as well and made the whole experience worth the travel. His office and staff are a hidden gem. The office decor, his taste of course...was that of royalty or celebrity quality, which to be honest made me feel more comfortable knowing that he has attention to detail. If I ever go back to Turkey which I do intend to do. It will be one stop to his office, I’m sure I will have a reason but I’d not it will be just to say hi. Lastly I almost forgot to mention Dr Ali even provided me with sites to visit while I was in Istanbul. Again he was also busy with recent travels, office work, patients and then had to travel out of the country the next morning and still took time to provided me with places to visit. What an honor to find such a practice and literally amazing people.

Ofis müdürü Ayla'ya özel bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum... beni sanki yıllardır tanışıyormuşuz gibi kocaman bir gülümseme ve sıcak bir el sıkışmayla karşıladı. Ona sarılmalıydım çünkü harikaydı. Süreci anladığımdan emin oldu, baştan sona rahat hissettim. Hatta taksi konusunda yardıma bile ihtiyacım oldu ve yine yardımcı oldular. Yabancı olduğum için çeviride biraz kayboldum ve o harika İngilizce konuşuyordu. Jet lag'im ve seyahat yorgunluğum prosedürle aynı geceydi ve varışıma göre bana yer sağlandı. Resepsiyondan harika hemşiresi Sena, Ayla, Çaka ve tabii ki Dr. Ali Rıza'ya kadar personele olan takdirimi ifade edemem. Kapsamlıydı, plastik ve estetik tekniklerinde günceldi. Bana da yer açmak için elinden geleni yaptı ve tüm deneyimi seyahate değer kıldı. Ofisi ve personeli gizli bir mücevher. Ofis dekoru, zevki elbette... kraliyet ailesi veya ünlü kalitesindeydi, dürüst olmak gerekirse ayrıntılara dikkat ettiğini bilmek beni daha rahat hissettirdi. Eğer bir gün Türkiye'ye geri dönersem ki bunu yapmayı planlıyorum. Ofisine tek bir uğrak olacak, eminim bir sebebim vardır ama sadece merhaba demek için. Son olarak Dr. Ali'nin İstanbul'dayken ziyaret edebileceğim yerler bile sağladığını söylemeyi neredeyse unutuyordum. Yine son seyahatleri, ofis işleri, hastaları ve ertesi sabah ülke dışına seyahat etmek zorunda kalmasıyla meşguldü ve yine de bana ziyaret edebileceğim yerler sağlamak için zaman ayırdı. Böyle bir muayenehane ve kelimenin tam anlamıyla harika insanlar bulmak ne büyük bir onur.

Dr. Ali Riza Öreroglu wurde mir von einer Bekannten, die eine Brust-OP bei ihm hatte empfohlen. Ich bin sehr dankbar und total happy, dass ich diesen Schritt gewagt habe und, dass ich mich für so einen tollen Arzt, mit so einem herzlichen und professionellen Team entschieden habe.
Das war im Januar, dass mich Dr. Öreroglu operiert hat. Ich hatte verschiedene OP’s am Körper und Gesicht. Mit den Ergebnissen bin ich sehr zufrieden und überaus glücklich.
Dr. Öreroglu ist trotz seines jungen Alters sehr kompetent und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Patienten. Er reist oft in den USA für Weiterbildungen, so, dass er mit seinem Wissen stets auf den neusten Stand ist. Dank der innovativsten Techniken die er anwendet, sind die Spuren der Operation schnell verheilt und erlauben den Patienten einen komfortablen, schmerzfreien und angenehmen Heilungsprozess. Zum Teil sieht und spürt man nicht mal, dass man operiert worden ist und die Ergebnisse sind sehr natürlich.
Die Operation ist für mich eine Sache aber was für mich genauso wichtig war und ich total an ihnen schätze ist die Betreuung danach, ihre Menschlichkeit, die wunderbaren Herzen! Ich war in einer fremden Stadt, aber sie haben mich wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Als ich dann wieder zurück war in der Schweiz, haben sie sich weiter um mich gekümmert, als wären sie bei mir. Weil ich so viele OP’s auf einmal hatte, brauchte ich eine besondere Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit.. ich hatte eine schwierige Heilungsphase. – Vor allem die Bauchdeckenstraffung war für mich kein Zuckerschlecken, das muss man einfach wissen! Nicht das ich Schmerzen hatte, aber man ist plötzlich sehr eingeschränkt in Bewegung und ich glaube meine Seele brauchte auch ihre Zeit, um im neuen Körper anzukommen. ;) Alles andere wie Rhinoplastik oder Brustvergrösserung habe ich nicht einmal gespürt. In dieser Zeit waren sie wirklich zu jeder Zeit für mich erreichbar, auch ausserhalb der Arbeitszeiten. Immer überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich ist ein langersehnter Traum wahr geworden. Ein ganz neues Leben!
An dieser Stelle, will ich ganz besonders seiner Assistentin Kübra Yilmaz vom ganzen Herzen danken, sie ist so eine liebe und auch die Schwester von meinem Arzt Ayla Öreroglu, die Ihm in seiner Praxis mit ihrer liebevollen Art tatkräftig unterstützt, danken! Last but not List, thank you soo much Doktorcum, so good i trust you, so good you are my doc and I am really so proud of you.. keep up the good work! ;)

Dr. Ali Rıza Öreroğlu bana meme ameliyatı olan bir arkadaşım tarafından önerildi. Bu adımı attığım ve bu kadar sıcak ve profesyonel bir ekiple harika bir doktoru seçtiğim için çok minnettarım ve çok mutluyum.
Ocak ayında Dr. Öreroğlu ameliyata alındı. Vücudumdan ve yüzümden çeşitli ameliyatlar geçirdim. Sonuçlardan çok memnunum ve son derece mutluyum.
Dr. Öreroğlu genç yaşına rağmen oldukça yetenekli ve hastalarına zaman ayırıyor. Bilgilerinin her zaman güncel olması için sık sık ileri eğitim almak üzere ABD'ye gider. Kullandığı en yenilikçi teknikler sayesinde operasyonun izleri hızla iyileşir ve hastalara konforlu, ağrısız ve keyifli bir iyileşme süreci sağlanır. Bazı durumlarda ameliyat olduğunuzu bile görmezsiniz, hissetmezsiniz ve sonuçlar çok doğaldır.
Ameliyat benim için başka bir şey ama benim için en az onlar kadar önemli olan ve onlara gerçekten değer verdiğim şey, sonrasındaki ilgi, insanlık ve harika kalpler! Yabancı bir şehirdeydim ama beni evimdeymiş gibi hissettirdiler. İsviçre'ye döndüğümde sanki yanımdaymış gibi benimle ilgilenmeye devam ettiler. Aynı anda çok fazla ameliyat geçirdiğim için özel bakıma ve ilgiye ihtiyacım vardı. Zorlu bir iyileşme süreci geçirdim. – Her şeyden önemlisi, karın germe benim için parkta yürüyüş yapmaktan başka bir şey değildi, bunu bilmelisiniz! Acı çektiğimden değil ama hareketin aniden çok kısıtlandı ve sanırım ruhumun da yeni bedenine alışması için zamana ihtiyacı vardı. ;) Burun estetiği veya göğüs büyütme gibi başka bir şey hissetmedim bile. Bu süre zarfında, mesai saatleri dışında da olsa, istedikleri zaman bana ulaşabildiler. Her zaman son derece dost canlısı ve yardımsever. Uzun zamandır beklediğim bir hayal benim için gerçek oldu. Tamamen yeni bir hayat!

1 month ago I've had a fat injection surgery by Dr. Ali. I had
no pain after surgery and had an easy recovery.
It made me very happy to have a much fresher, lively, better appearance on my face.
Everyone around me says I look younger and better by making nice comments.
I am very happy with my results and it’s been only 1 month. It gets even better as I heal. I hardly ever wear make up anymore. Thank you Dr.Ali!

Ameliyattan sonra hiç ağrım olmadı ve kolay bir iyileşme süreci geçirdim.
Yüzümde çok daha taze, canlı, daha iyi bir görünüme sahip olmak beni çok mutlu etti.
Etrafımdaki herkes güzel yorumlar yaparak daha genç ve daha iyi göründüğümü söylüyor.
Sonuçlarımdan çok memnunum ve daha sadece 1 ay oldu. İyileştikçe daha da iyileşiyor. Artık neredeyse hiç makyaj yapmıyorum. Teşekkürler Dr. Ali!
