Would not recommend it, but overall it went ok. They state "full coverage", but... they do not cover tires, and there's no option to cover it. Road assistance? I do not know, if they provide it, maybe in Antalya... but i am not sure, if they'll help you for ex. in eastern Anatolya... A man who gave me the car couldn't answer, if they do provide it, just "call me". The car was 5 years old, had more than 100k km on the odometer, had no any external part without damage... dents, scratches, front bumper was a little bit down, lights were very weak and vibrating on bumps, wheels were unbalanced, and there was quite a severe vibration on 110+, the AC was very weak too, it wasn't cleaned well, smelled like somebody smoked there for all 5 years with closed windows, had burns from cigarettes on the front seats... but still it was a "non smoking car".
Rental started with putting a speed limit sticker "70 on highway" in the car and taking photos of the car by the renter... despite "full coverage", for every damage, even if someone will scratch your car while parked in the parking lot (there was no external car part without previous damage) you need a police and alcohol report. The gps monitoring system sends them reports, if you are speeding, they call you right away.
3 stars for the service, they take you from the airport, and to the airport from their office... it's my 4'th rental in different countries only in current year, and i can make some comparison.
And that "renter", gave me the car with totally empty tank, so the first thing i was meant to do is to search for the gas station, not to go, where ever i wanted to ... and of course you can give them the car with empty tank, but they know, it's almost unreal, so they will pump out the fuel once more to get that "extra" fuel for themselves to rip you off for few liras.
But they take cash, do not want credit card details, do no take a deposit.
