Negative:
1. there is no elevator,
2. there were many questions upon arrival (the air conditioner didn't work, the air conditioner remotes didn't work, the shower didn't work). All issues were resolved the next day.
3. In addition to repairs, all air conditioners were cleaned in our presence. Despite the fact that the team left a lot of dirt, no one sent a cleaning service to clean it up after them. We washed the balcony and floors ourselves, having settled the day before.
4. Wifi is terrible. Almost all the time on the mobile Internet. It is impossible to fix according to the owners.
5. There is no microwave.
6. Very dirty windows.
7. Separately, I will stop at the checking out. Like I said, there is no elevator. Upon arrival, the owner's husband helped us with the suitcases. By the time we left, the hosts had lost interest in us, and my daughter and I had to carry our suitcases back together. It's certainly indescribable. Service with a capital letter. The hostess simply ignored my request for help, wishing us a pleasant flight 🤷♀️

Women with children, especially. By discussing my luggage in public, you made it clear to all your guests how you feel about them and their belongings. Further: you populate people in an apartment with a daily payment with obviously non-working appliances, repair it in the presence of guests and do not apologize for it. I wrote to you that I have mud and water on the floor, and the balcony is basically filled with mud. What did you answer? You said that you don't have cleaners and your husband can give us the equipment so that we can clean it ourselves. Only later did you write that you could send a cleaner tomorrow.
